Curly Parsley is rich in anti-oxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Parsley is one of the most valuable herbs in the kitchen and farmyard. This single plant is a good source of minerals like potassium, calcium, manganese, iron, and magnesium. For vitamins, parsley stakes its claim as an excellent source for vitamin-A, beta-carotene, vitamin-C, vitamin-E, vitamin-K and folates. Italian Parsley is richer than Curley parsley, however, Curley parsley is milder.

Due to its high nutritional value and common use in the kitchen, Parsley holds a forever spot in our herb garden.  This herb is useful beyond the kitchen table for horses, goats and other livestock’s feed bucket. It is a valuable vitamin resource.
